Photographs are delivered via online service. You will receive a link; using that, you can download them in multiple sizes, including an MLS optimized size.

We provide real estate and architecture photography in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties in Ohio, as well as most of Stark and Lake. This includes the cities of Cleveland and Akron. Drone photography and videography is available in most of these locations as well, except those in close proximity to airports. Just send us a note to find out if your property is eligible.

Customer service is our top priority. As long as you give us reasonable notice, we will do our best to fit you in at another time. Worried about the weather? We do sky replacement for no extra cost – switching out the gray sky for blue.

All media remains copyright of the photographer/videographer. You will have the usage rights to use it for your intended purpose. For example, when using our photographs for real estate, you receive rights to use the photographs to market and display the house for the entirety of your listing. This would include brochures, MLS listings, property videos, and advertising. You may also use these photos to market yourself as an agent, such as on your business website. We will photograph a property the way we think best. If there is a specific shot you would like, please let us know beforehand. If a specific shot was not mentioned beforehand, return visits will incur additional cost. Most packages come with a limited number of photographs; for some houses, this will require us to skip some angles and/or rooms (such as pantries) to keep within your budget.

If it’s our fault, we fix it. However, we are not responsible for the cleanliness of a home. We will do our best to make our photographs amazing, but we cannot make the house look like something it is not. When you receive the photographs from us you agree to check them to be sure they meet  your requirements. You agree that any additional photographs you require that are outside the scope of the project or requirements will incur an additional fee for which you will be responsible. To avoid misunderstandings you agree to notify us in writing with five (5) business days of receipt of the photographs if you believe they are not suitable for their intended use.

Yes and no. There are a lot of things we can edit out of a photograph. However, for real estate purposes, you might not want us to. Removing a picture frame from the wall would not be an issue, but removing a telephone pole from beside a house might misrepresent the property.

Yes, we are licensed by the FAA for commercial drone use with a remote pilot license.
